CNC turning
Besides the standard CNC turning using or not using the rod feeder we also machine complex workpieces on CNC machines supplied with Y and C axes and a spindle. High dimension and geometry precision of IT6-IT7 machining is guaranteed by Renishaw tool probe.
In one clamp it is possible to assemble turning, milling, drilling, boring, broaching and threading even off the workpiece rotation centre; the time needed for machining is therefore reduced bringing economic profit. Machining is suitable for any ferrous and non-ferrous metals up to 62HRC hardness.
Conventional machining
Conventional turning lathes allow turning of predominantly linear contour workpieces. They are suitable for workpieces requiring precision IT9 and higher or possibly IT8 at short areas. They are used before heat treatment mostly for manufacture of pins, bolts, nuts, and for roughing work even at technologically more complex workpieces.
Turret lathes are intended for middle-sized and larger production runs and they enable machining of workpieces of up to 36 mm diameter. Automatic lathes can machine workpieces of up to 40 mm diameter from rods up to 3m long. The technologies may be used in larger production runs for steel and alloys of aluminium, copper and brass.
