This technology is suitable for workpieces of extremely complex shapes requiring high precision not only concerning size but also geometry. The precision is accomplished by the characteristics of the machine itself and by the option of machining all functional areas in one clamp. We machine either with indexing or continuously.

3 and 4 axis CNC milling
We offer machining by milling on CNC centres in X, Y and Z axis and the option of using 4th rotation axis of the divider. The size of the workpiece is limited by the operating space of the machines which is 1,320 x 600 x 500 mm and the weight of the workpiece at which it is possible to manipulate with it.
We focus on workpieces of up to 25 kg in weight at serial production and up to 200 kg at single-piece production. The machining is suitable for any ferrous and non-ferrous metals of up to 62HRC hardness. We have a wealth of experience in machining of workpieces made of all available alloys. Our operators handle the machine centres perfectly, they are capable of very precise work with emphasis on spotless surfaces.

CNC milling on horizontal machine centre MAKINO A61
Top production milling for serial production of workpieces. The machine is equipped with palletisation - two pallets. At the same time, machining is taking place on one side; on the other the workpieces are being removed and input material is being clamped. The clamping columns of the machine enable clamping of up to 16 workpieces at the same time. The machining as such takes place in 4 axis.
